WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT OR WANT A REFUND?

In the unlikely event of a complaint, you should inform me immediately and in writing via email within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

If there is a fault with your order, please describe the fault and supply photos; or on agreement with me, you should return the order or faulty items to us at the address below:

If a fault is found, I will arrange for replacements to be issued and I will refund any costs incurred in returning the order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

HOW DO I CARE FOR / WASH MY GARMENTS?

I generally recommend these guidelines for garment care:

  • Wash on low heat 30 degree, cool wash
  • Wash garment turned inside out
  • Avoid washing t-shirts with items that have zips
  • Avoid drying in long periods of direct sunlight
  • Do not add bleach to the wash
  • Do not tumble dry after washing
  • Hang dry
  • Do not iron print

The instructions above should help the garments last longer and avoid damage.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations after payment and order confirmation are subject to a $75 charge. At this stage production has already begun, and is to cover us for the expenses of time, artwork processing, returning stock, reclaiming of screens, removal of film and other associated costs.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

Payment instructions are sent with your sales order and demonstration artwork. There are 5 options:

  1. Credit/Debit Card
  2. Paypal
  3. Cash App

  5. Bitcoin, Etherum & Litecoin
DO YOU HAVE ADVISE FOR CHOOSING GARMENTS AND SIZES?

If you want to get your garments screen printed, you will need to consider the garment sizes, when deciding how big you want the artwork to be. The smallest garment size will dictate the printable area. For more information, see ‘Maximum Print Area’ on our File Preparation page.

Sizes can vary between brands so it is always best to go by the chest measurements provided. Our product pages have size charts for each garment (chest ‘to fit’ size). The majority of ladies garments are very fitted styles. It is always best to err on the side of caution and go for one size larger if in any doubt. Personalized garments cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size.

Some brands do not supply XXL sizes across all the colors.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE, TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?

WHAT INKS DO YOU USE?

You can look over the various ink types & print finishes in the Screen Printing section.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR FRONT & BACK PRINTS?

Any additional prints will be charged at extra cost. I have to print each shirt side individually so will be charged as 2 print locations.

ONE OFF SAMPLES?

Due to the set up involved with screen printing I don’t offer sampling as a service. When an order is placed I send over a scaled, digital proof of your design before going ahead with printing. This displays the print size, position & print colors. This should eliminate potential problems. If you’re wary of print quality we have pre-printed samples available from the “sample” page on our site.

AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After I receive payment confirmation I will send an email confirming I have processed your order. This usually takes up to a few hours & will contain your estimated delivery date, invoice & proof sheet with your design placed on a t-shirt template. The proof will display the print position, size, ink colors & any other additional information. You have the opportunity to make any changes you need, & then after approval production can start.

IS WHITE INK ON BLACK/DARK SHIRTS PRICED AS 2 COLORS?

Yes, I charge for 2 colors. Also, dark grey ink on dark shirts are usually priced as 2 colors too. And, with grey & white all other ink colors that are lighter than the shirt color will be charged as 2 colors as they require an additional under-base screen to be made.

The products I display online are only a very small selection of the products I can source. If you have a particular garment in mind that you can’t see it in our catalog drop me an email & I’ll no doubt be able to source it for you!

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Turnaround time is typically 7 – 10 working days from the date of confirmed payment, artwork & proof approval, but can vary slightly depending on how booked up I am, how large the order is, & whether there’s any garment finishing or embroidery (soon) added.

I should be able to provide you with a estimated turnaround before placing an order.

Rush orders are sometimes available at additional cost, just let us know your deadline before ordering.
